This creative and fun activity was intended to be utilized as a math center. It allows your students to create their own addition number sentences. I have created four “spin and add” spinners that are differentiated depending on each of your math groups’ abilities. Pages 3 and 4 are 2 digit, and pages 4 and 5 are 3 digit. Copy several off and laminate. You can have your students use the spinners independently or with a partner.
Spinner 1 on each page is to help your student create the “top” number of their number sentence. Spinner 2 is to help your student create the “bottom” number. Each number sentence your student creates will challenge them to regroup (carry over). I have also provided a recording sheet as your students work. Please be sure to check out my "Spin and Subtract" creation as well! http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Spin-and-Subtract-2-Digit-3-Digit-Regrouping-1397666
