This game is a fun, hands-on activity that engages students as they practice subtraction fact fluency.
This activity could easily be used in small group instruction, as a supplement to your math curriculum, as a fast finisher activity, or to differentiate your instruction. No matter how you use it, your students are sure to have fun! My students love playing this game and yours will too!
There are three levels of games for differentiation:
game 1: 6 to 0
game 2: 10 to 0
game 3: 12 to 0
Students spin on both spinners and subtract the numbers. If his/her difference is on the board, he/she covers it with a counter. The first player to cover four numbers in a row is the winner.
