I have used this in my own class to start my math block, is good for homework, or put it in a math center. For my class, they have about 5 to 10 minutes to work on this and then we go over it as whole group. Monday to Thursday the class works on it and we go over it as a whole group. Friday they class does it on their own and I take it up for a grade. The students do not color in Friday; I do that for them.
This is a WHOLE YEAR, 36 weeks! Just print and go. An answer key is included, in addition to a page where the students can color in their progress, which can be cut in half. This is quick and easy to grade. Each week, the grade is out of 10 points. I put a place to where you can record both the points and percentage. I also made this editable so you can change it to your needs.
This is great for parents to see where their child is struggling and for teachers! The questions are the same; the number sets are different and get harder.
The first five weeks are a review of 3rd grade. Then it starts into place value, standard algorithm for addition and subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, geometry, and then measurement and data. The last two weeks is a mix of 4th and 5th grade math. With the multiplication, I started with the boxes for area model. A few weeks later, the boxes are gone so the students can use any method he/she is comfortable. I have included multiplication and division facts for the entire year with either the product, quotient, divided, factor, or divisor missing.
This is a HUGE, ALL IN ONE math resource. If there is any changes or anything I missed, please let me know and I will update it. I have throughly enjoyed making this and sharing my resource to my fellow teachers. Thank you!
