This activity was designed to be used with individuals with a cognitive-linguistic or language deficit. The words will need to be cut apart and laminated prior to use. Cut where there is a blank, so that the words are clearly separated. Then, mix up the separated words and have the individual work on putting them back together. Cues may be needed for some individuals. An extension activity in addition to attention, may be adding words that begin with the same letter, or that are associated with the word. The options are endless.
