Product Description

This activity requires students to think on their feet and assume a new identity based on the card they draw. Included are:

  • 32 identities, each with a name, age, national origin, and a problem s/he has with some sort of technology
  • English and Spanish versions of the above
  • Instructions
  • Interview graphic organizer

Have students interview each other using their new identities, or conduct a quick speaking assessment with students one-on-one or in pairs as you observe. Spanish cards allow for more guidance as students can refer to the card for vocabulary, while English cards require more independence from vocabulary and for students to think on their feet.
