A very fun way to teach and learn critical thinking skills is with these Spring Themed Task Cards! Target skills of, likeness/difference, comparing and contrasting, thinking-reasoning, and problem-solving.
Teach them to think beyond the obvious and to offer logical solutions to problems.
These are wonderful to use as a grab and go activity. Once printed and cut apart you simply put them on a ring and you have your therapy materials at your fingertips! An added bonus is 6 Venn Diagrams!
Contents include 56 Task Cards:
→ 16 cards for finding likenesses or differences in two objects *scaffolding task cards*;
→ 16 cards for comparing and contrasting;
→ 12 cards for thinking-reasoning;
→ 12 cards for problem-solving.
→ 6 pages of Venn Diagrams
You will want to print all the task card pages on card stock and laminate for durability. The Venn Diagrams can be printed on regular paper and used as a worksheet. (They could be put in sheet protectors and used that way as well.)
