My 1st and 2nd grade students had a ball creating these giant bunnies today. The white parts of the rabbit are printed on cardstock. The pink insides of the ears on plain pink copier paper. I had the students draw the face themselves on the blank face. I included a drawn-in face for younger children, or for a sample.
Color the bow tie with markers and glue on sequins for a sparkly touch. Cut out.
Cut out the paws (put students initials on the backs) and save for last.
Glue the ears behind the head and the bow tie under the chin for boy Easter Bunnies, or on the head or base of an ear, for a girl bunny.
Perfect for displaying any Easter or spring themed writing project, such as "What My Family does at Easter", or a math paper. Simply glue the worksheet to a colorful construction paper that is larger than the worksheet, then glue the Bunny head onto the top of the paper. Next glue the Easter Bunny paws to the sides of the paper, or to either side of the chin.
These came out adorable!!
