This is a great activity to use as an assessment craft for addition. It's also a good activity for students to enhance their scissor skills. This makes a perfect spring piece of art to display in the hallway or classroom.
This activity can also be adapted to be used with multiplication/division (all petals could show different ways to get a certain number written in the center of the flower).
This could also be adapted towards letters and words. The center of the flower could be a letter and all the petals could have words written that start with that letter.
I made the first three pages to be able to make bulk copies to use less paper. The last page of this pack includes everything needed to make the flower on one single page.
