This is such a great game to teach students greater than and less than! It can also be differentiated to meet the needs of your students.
I have made the cards the size of a regular deck of cards, which means for storage, I keep the cards in a plastic travel bar of soap container! It keeps them together and organized!
My kids usually play this game in pairs or with the kids who are at the same center (usually 4 kids). You will want to print the number of cards according to how many kids you have playing the game, or number of kids playing each tier.
There are 3 tiers in this packet. Tier 1 is for kids who are working on numbers 1-10. Tier 2 is for kids working on numbers 1-30. Tier 3 is for the kids who would be working on all the numbers 1-30 with tallies, numbers, and tens cubes.
This game is played like the card game war. The kids will then spin on the spinner to see if the bigger or smaller number will be the winner for the round. Then the kids all flip over a card and whoever has the largest or smallest card wins all of the other cards.
