Here are 3 sets of great spring themed measurement activities for your students!
With these activities students can use the non-standard unit of measurement heart ruler or a regular inch ruler. The butterflies on the ruler are equivilent to an inch each. Students can practice predicting, measuring, recording and answer questions based on their findings. Questions require students to identify which is the smallest, largest and even compare the sizes of two items measured.
Included are the following for each of the 3 measurement activities:

These activities would be perfect for a math center/station activity, independent or partner activity or even a substitute math plan activity.
