Spruce up your spring with these "Spring Picture Tracing" pages! Even young students can try their hand at creating spring-themed pictures by simply tracing the lines. They'll be having fun while working on their fine motor skills. Use to decorate the classroom, as an activity for a class party, as an early-finisher activity, an art activity, or any way you see fit to get into the springtime spirit! You can even leave this as an activity with the substitute teacher.
There are 8 tracing pages, including: flowers, butterfly, duckling, rainbow, showers, ladybug, spring day, and a nest.
Here are some fun ways to fill in the pictures after tracing the lines:
*Color with crayons, markers, or paints—adding additional decorations and details to the traced pictures.
*Glue on small pieces of colored tissue paper. Try gluing craft feathers onto the duckling picture and real leaves or grass under the flowers!
*Tear up different colored pieces of paper from catalogs, magazines, or construction paper and glue them on the picture(s) to make a mosaic art piece.
*Dazzle and sparkle the pictures with glitter or glitter glue.
