Poetry and math are a fun pairing. Use this cute spring poem as part of your Poem of the Week program. Then, use the poem as the basis for a graphing lesson. Students can graph all of the creatures mentioned in the poem and then analyze the data. I've included a blank graph so you can extend the activity by having students go outside to observe real spring creatures.
