Spring Receptive Language

Spring is my favorite time in speech! Plant some receptive language skills in your speech room using these four spring themed activities! **Updated on1/20/15 with new fonts and 14 NO PREP Activities were added - please re-download if you have already purchased!**

Birds N’ Bugs: Students answer the WH question (who, what, when, where, why, and how) on the card. Use alongside any game or activity for springtime fun! 36 cards included

What’s under the umbrella? Riddles: Students draw a riddle. If they label the vocabulary word correctly they get to keep the card. If students draw a storm cloud they lose all their cards! Student with the most cards wins! 24 cards included

Rainy Day Directions: Students draw a card and follow the direction. If they are correct they get to keep the card. If they draw a rainbow, they get an extra turn! Student with the most cards wins! 24 cards included

Colorful Categories: Students draw a card. If they draw a spring tree, they have to provide three category members. If they draw a flower or butterfly they have to provide the category name. If student finds an egg they get to take an “eggs”tra turn! 24 cards included
