Riddles, Spring, speech therapy, attributes, functions, vocabulary, higher order thinking, listening, primary, elementary, picture cards
A colorful Spring speech therapy activity that uses riddles containing descriptions, attributes, functions, vocabulary, and science terms to get students to use higher order thinking skills to infer answers. There are 48 cards (24 description cards and 24 answer cards with full color illustrations) and different ways to play the game. It can be played as a game or used as a center activity. Common Core standards and IEP objective examples are included. Spring vocabulary words are also introduced with terms that can be used in whole group discussion for more science activities.
