With each page, your students can work on identifying and expressing "he", "she", and "they" pronouns. This books is also perfect for working on expanding sentence length and grammar.

Pages 66-75. Spring Rhyming. This activity comes with 36 rhyming activity cards. Have your students build their phonological awareness skills by identifying pictures that rhyme. You can make this activity more challenging by having your students generate their own rhymes with each card.
Pages 75-86. Spring Vocabulary Naming. This activity is perfect for word finding skills. Give your students 3 clues to name a spring themed object. If your students benefit from multiple choice constraints, the visual supports are included in this lesson. This activity is easily implemented into both group and individual sessions.

With each page, the student is required to move the butterfly to different locations to demonstrate understanding of prepositions such as (behind, beside, under, in front of, above, etc.).
