Decorate your classroom with these colorful spring gardens!
Practice both syllabication and parts of speech with this product. This engaging activity is differentiated for you in two levels. The first, Syllable Sort, gives students 45 flower petals with spring time words on them. Students will divide each word into syllables and color according to each word's part of speech. Then students will cut, sort, and glue their words on the correct flower in their garden. The second level, Syllable Search, asks students to go on a syllable search in their reading books to find one, two, and three syllable nouns, verbs, and adjectives to fill their flowers. Once students glue their pages together and decorate their spring garden, you will have a cheerful display!
