PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The activities included in this packet are a great addition to your Spring Vocabulary materials.

This packet contains 5 activities to target a variety of vocabulary building skills for beginning language learners (K-2).

Vocabulary description: This activity targets descriptive vocabulary. Students should first identify the pictured object then write 4 descriptive words or phrases in each of the ovals.

Vocabulary Matching: This activity requires the student to match the pictured item to a Boardmaker™ PCS symbol of the item placed in a field of up to 4.

Follow the Direction: The requires the student to identify the targeted word given multiple directions.

Sound Matching: The student should find the word that begins with the same sound as the target word.

Sentence Writing: This activity gives students the opportunity to practice sentence writing with the targeted words.
