Seven different sets colorful of task cards with creative prompts for both fiction and non-fiction topics are featured, along with a lesson guide, list of common-core standards, and helpful hints on how to organize your literacy station materials. Your students' writing will be full of descriptive "zing" in no time!

Word banks are provided so that students have an easy reference tool for spelling seasonal words correctly, along with a variety of themed story-writing and list-making printable pages. Task cards can be printed for use as whole group lesson prompts or kept at a literacy center. They can be produced in full color or gray scale, and kept in a sheet protectors in a binder, or printed two-per-page, laminated, cut, and in a box or on a binder clip ring.
