This Spring-themed therapy coloring sheets packet, created by One SLP in a Pod, contains 7 pictures that can be used in a variety of ways. In speech therapy I have a child say their word/phrase/sentence a certain number of times then they get to color one picture on their coloring sheet. There are 20 items to color on each page. Included are:
Dragonflies, kites, 2 different flower pages, bumblebees, kites, birds and butterflies.
Other ideas of what a student may need to do in therapy before coloring a picture include:
Name 5 items in a specific category.
Answer a Yes/No question correctly
Answer a Wh question with visuals or without visuals
Provide a label, a function and an attribute for a target word
Ask a peer a question in order to gain more information regarding that peer.
Follow a 2-step direction
Provide synonyms or antonyms for a target word
Explain an idiom, simile or metaphor
Create a grammatically correct sentence.
Provide 3 rhyming words for a target word.
