This product was designed to help teachers teach, reinforce, practice and assess students’ understanding of bar graphs in the data management/data analysis unit.
It aligns with primary math standards but can be used as review for elementary grades or in special education classrooms. It aligns with the measurement and data standards
However, the bunny number mats can also be used to teach and assess counting.
This is a NO PREP resource but colored ink will be required for the game mats.
Using a pencil and a paper clip, students will spin a color and a number. Then color that number of blocks on their bar graph. This works great in math centers because of the numerous possibilities of bar graph outcomes.
This option was used in our special education classroom a lot. It includes two different versions of bunny mats. Students will count the different color bunnies and color in the correct number of blocks on their bar graph.
