Thanks for purchasing my St. Patrick’s Day Activity Pack! These activities will keep your kiddos busy on this fun day while still learning!
Fractions, decimals or combine both in a comparison partner game – you choose what you want students to compare. Cut out coin cards. Students keep them in a pile. Each player chooses a card. They have to decide together which symbol card to use (>,<,=). Player with the greatest (or least) card wins and keeps card. Continue playing with same rules as the famous “War Game.”
Lucky Charms* marshmallow graphing activity (you will need to give students bags of cereal marshmallows – great to give boxes of cereal to a parent volunteer to sort ahead of time!)

Craftivity that is perfect for a bulletin board display. Copy the gold coins on yellow construction paper. Students trace the “pot” on black construction paper. Students write things in their lives that are worth “gold.” Cut out the coins and glue them on the top of the “pots of gold.”
These activities are perfect for high student engagement, especially on such an exciting day! You may choose to do a full day of “St. Patty’s Day” fun or spread them out over the week.
