A versatile, hand-drawn color-coding activity. This activity is a collage of different images & vocabulary words from History.com’s infographic titled “St. Patrick’s Day by the Numbers” (https://www.history.com/topics/st-patricks-day/history-of-st-patricks-day/interactives/st-patricks-day-by-the-numbers) for students to sort different parts of speech by color-coding each word. This is a fun review activity to do around St. Patty’s Day!

•Print a copy for each student, and use the activity for group work or in a review station.
•Print a copy for each student and use in conjunction with reading & analyzing the History.com infographic.
•Print a class set, laminate, and use dry erase markers to color.
•Use the image digitally by placing the image in a flipchart or powerpoint for students to “color” on laptops (our school system provides laptops for each student). You could also project the image for students to color on your whiteboard / if you have a smartboard in your classroom.
•Use for early finishers around St. Patrick’s Day.
