This download is an awesome way for students to practice locating points on the first quadrant of the coordinate grid. Students will look at a grid with shamrock letters. Students will then use coordinates to decode the secret message, which is the answer to a riddle or joke. Students will be engaged and will enjoy this St. Patrick's Day activity!
The download comes with coordinate grid shamrock letters, 5 riddles/jokes and 1 open ended question asking students to create their own secret message using the shamrock letters, and an answer key. This is wonderful for review, inside recess, test prep, sub work or for fun! Supports TEKS 5.8A 5.8B and 5.8C
