This is a perfect way to engage your students in multiplication and division fact families. It also makes a wonderful bulletin board during the month of March! Students will color their St. Patrick's Day house and then use the factors/products to complete fact families for each window. You can even use the template to write in your own to modify!
This set includes:
-3 Different Valentine House styles
-Each house style has 4 different Fact Family Sets
-3 Blank templates (to add your own facts)
-3 Templates for students to use to write in their answers
-Teaching and student directions
I can't tell you how much my class enjoyed making these! They were fun and engaging for my students to work on. They are a great math center, great for morning work, small group, and whole class! Students can cut them out and they make a beautiful bulletin board!
*Note: The St. Patrick's Day house windows can be cut out with scissors if you fold the houses. I found it simple and quicker to stack similar houses together and use a craft knife to cut through multiple houses at the same time. I did this before I passed them out to students. This step made it so simple for them to get started!
