This Leprechaun Trap STEM Challenge is a great way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in the classroom. This St. Patrick's themed STEM challenge promotes team building, allows students to practice the engineering design process, and allows students to be creative problem-solvers. This Challenge is can be completed in less than an hour and uses common materials you probably already have in your classroom.

In my classroom, we do A LOT of cooperative learning and this is a fun and engaging way to recognize St. Patrick's Day while tying in academic engineering design and problem-solving skills.
