This set includes nine differentiated mystery picture puzzles on the 1-150 numbers chart.
There are three different pictures (the word "rainbow", the words "pot of gold" and a rainbow ending on a black pot) with a St Patrick's Day theme, and for each picture there are three different puzzles to choose from. The students can practice:
* identifying numbers as sums of hundreds, tens and ones,
* adding or subtracting +1,-1,+10,-10 with the help of the numbers chart,
* mentally adding and subtracting numbers within 150.
I marked the worksheets with one, two or three clover symbols, depending on the skills required, to make it easy to pick the right level. If you use all the puzzles in a center, you can print an "I can" page that the students can use to choose what to work on.
This set would be ideal for a math center in second grade (or in first grade, maybe removing the most challenging puzzles from the set). The preview contains all the answer keys, so you can take a look and see if this set would be a good fit for your students.
Thank you for reading!
