Glyph For 1st and 2nd Graders
Written with an emphasis on the use of Sight Words
Can be used in large or small group instruction or for an independent math center activity
Teaching points, directions and examples are given for using the glyph and the color sheet. Children will learn what a glyph is, how to use glyphs to organize data, and will enjoy seeing their work on graphs in the classroom.
Note: Kindergarten students will enjoy the activities also but will need to complete the activities in small group instruction for reading assistance.
