This product includes a variety of activities that can be used to celebrate St. Patrick's Day! These activities can be used during group counseling or during a whole class lesson. Product includes a digital version that can be used in Google Slides (TM).
This mindfulness script focuses on letting go of negative thoughts with each exhale.
With each inhale, students will breathe in positive affirmations and self-love statements. This can be used during a classroom lesson, small group counseling, or during individual counseling with students.
The clover breathing exercise allows children to practice deep breathing. The child will begin the exercise with their pointer finger on the “Start Here” location. They will
breathe in through their nose as they guide their finger along the clover leaf. As they continue to guide their finger along the opposite side of the clover leaf, they will breathe out through their mouth.
The rainbow breathing exercise allows children to practice deep breathing with a
beautiful rainbow visual. The child will begin the exercise with their pointer finger on the top rainbow arch. They will breathe in through their nose as they guide their finger from the left side of the rainbow to the right side. They will continue this pattern until they reach the final rainbow arch on the bottom.
CLOVER COPING STRATEGIES CRAFT
Students will build their own coping strategy clover using the clover leaves. Each clover leaf includes a different coping strategy. Students will pick their preferred strategies. Craft also includes blank clover leaves and is in both color and black/white.
I AM LUCKY TO BE ME
Students will write down one way that they feel lucky to be themselves in each clover leaf.
