Pages 1-2: Introduction/Graphics credit
Pages 3-20: All the Colors of the Rainbow Naming Activity. Students draw a card. If they pick a rainbow card, they respond to the prompt, “Name something that is (color) and ___” (36 cards). If they name a correct response, they can keep the card. If the student draws a Pot of Gold, they get an extra turn and can keep the card. If the student
draws a Leprechaun, he takes their gold and they lose their turn. The student with the most cards at the end of the game is the winner. Use the cards on pages 3-12 by themselves, or add the color mats on pages 13-20 to add visual cues for students who need it.
Pages 13-20: Color Mats (To use with “All the Colors of the Rainbow” or on their own)
Pages 21-23: Leprechaun Hats: Open-Ended Reinforcer Activity. As students complete tasks, have them use bingo chips, pom-poms, or bingo markers to cover the dots on the hat.
Pages 24-26: Leprechaun’s Race for the Gold: Open-Ended Board Game.
Pages 27-31: Leprechaun Prepositions: 24 cards targeting in/out, under/over, on/off, in front/behind, around/through, beside/between
