In June 2016, I traveled to the Dominican Republic with the Global Autism Project to collaborate with Centro Aprendo in creating sustainable programs for children with autism. While there, we worked on finding ways to encourage staff to use evidence based strategies while also fostering autonomy and problem solving in the work place.
The visuals use a question format to inspire teachers, SLPs, paraprofessionals, behavior technicians, and other support providers to self-monitor and adjust their own workplace practices when working with kids.
These visuals can be placed in strategic places in your clinic or classroom, or you can post one a week in a high traffic space to focus on weekly.
All profits from this product will go to helping the Global Autism Project continue making an incredible international impact. Find out more and consider joining Skillcorps at GlobalAutismProject.com!
