Make stained glass for Easter. There are ten different designs. Begin by copying a pattern for each child. Be sure to cut the frames from dark paper for each. Next, have students color the picture with CRAYON. It must be crayon for this to work. Encourage them to color thoroughly with no white bits showing through. When finished, help them rub baby oil on the back of the picture. Burnish with paper towels to remove extra oil. This will make the page opaque. Last, have students trim to size and tape to back of frame. Tiny glue dots work well too. Easily hang in window or with string.
