This is a set of 4 upper and 4 lowercase alphabet stamp sheets, one blank stamp sheet, a completed uppercase letter sheet and a completed lowercase letter sheet. The stamp sheets have different missing letters that the students stamp in the grid to complete the alphabet. They can be put in a Literacy Center for independent letter practice or used in a group activity. Students use letter stamps to fill in the missing letters or write in the missing letters. The sheets that are filled in can be used to recite the alphabet together, with a peer or alone or use them to play I Spy. Call out a letter and the students have to find it and color it in with markers, crayons, highlighters or paint dobbers or use them to play a sound game. You say a word and the students color in the letter that the word begins or ends with. I have had the students use certain colors so when all the letters are colored in they make a pattern. The students can also cut up the squares to spell sight words or friends' names. I find that I am always coming up with new ways to use these sheets.
