This is a 9 question activity that deals with Standard Form. Students are asked a multitude of questions about standard form, such as finding the equation from a graph, finding the graph from an equation, putting slope intercept equation into standard form, finding standard form from slope and point, and even a real-life word problem. This is a great activity where students are given 2 choices for each question and for each answer, are given a task to complete. For this activity, students will be "building a house" with their answers. For example, depending on the answer for problem number 1, students will either need to draw square or circular windows on the house template provided. My students were begging for another activity similar to this when they finished. I found this to be a very creative way to teach Standard form, than just your everyday worksheets! Answer key included!
