This product is designed to help students get practice with finding the intercepts of a line from both the graphical form and standard form of a line.
Students will solve 14 problems and will travel around the room in a particular order to demonstrate their knowledge.
My grade 9 algebra students love scavenger hunts. They are engaged and enjoy the collaboration that these activities promote.
I typically put the pages in plastic sleeves, and allow students to write on them with dry erase markers.
When students are finished, they will have spelled out the letters to the word, "ambidextrously" when finished, no matter what station at which they begin.
This scavenger hunt should take about 30 minutes to complete.
