Product Description
Are you looking for a fun and motivating classroom economy system? Star Bucks are a fun classroom economy and classroom management/behavior system, and they also reinforce place value. Your students will love to save up their bucks for rewards!

STAR Bucks are a fun way to reward your students for classroom behavior, doing homework, participation, or just about any reason to reward students. You can take this theme and run with it, having a STAR student bulletin board, STAR student of the week, STAR work, etc. The ideas are limitless!

This set of Star Bucks is coffee buds theme (since pretty much every student knows all about Starbucks and coffee!)
I also have other themes:
STAR BUCKS - CLASSROOM ECONOMY REWARD SYSTEM (SPACE THEME)
STAR BUCKS - CLASSROOM ECONOMY REWARD SYSTEM (COFFEE SHOP THEME)
STAR BUCKS - CLASSROOM ECONOMY REWARD SYSTEM (CAFE THEME)

STAR Bucks come in denominations of the following, with each denomination having a different picture:
• $1 bucks
• $5 bucks
• $10 bucks
• $20 bucks
• $50 bucks
• $100 bucks
• $500 bucks
• $1,000 bucks
• $5,000 bucks
• $10,000 bucks

Included in this resource:
• Star bucks in color and black & white
• Reward ideas
• Chart for keeping track of students' star bucks

STAR Bucks reinforce place value in that students exchange their bucks at the classroom "bank" for the next bill. For example, they could exchange five $10 bucks for one $50 buck. I insist that my students know the correct exchange before they come to the bank.

STAR Bucks also encourage responsibility and the value of saving money. Every week or so, students can turn in their STAR Bucks for prizes. Many students choose to save their Bucks for the bigger prizes. I have included a list of prize ideas that I used in my classroom.
