(10 pages) This is the twin to Constellations Activity 2, and like it, can be used in several variations. First, students can do internet research and find information regarding the stars of the constellations Pegasus and Scorpius. Second, students can use provided data to plot the locations of all stars for Pegasus and Scorpius using celestial coordinates (RA, declination). Each star can be color coded according to its class. Then students can use the plotted stars to draw a sketch based on the constellation's asterism (Winged Horse, Scorpion, etc). This is a fun activity that touches on many topics in Astronomy.
