Pages 2-3: Thank you & Teacher Guide

Pages 4-8: I can posters that cover CCSS standards NBT. 1, NBT.2, NBT.2a, NBT.2b, NBT.2C

Pages 9-15: QR Code task cards- Used for a center or scoot. 24 cards total. Recording sheet.

Pages 16-37: Place value cards for various activities. Recording sheet for number hunt (40 cards with corresponding matches for a total of 80 cards) detailed explanation in packet.

Pages 38-39: Sorting mats for number cards.

Pages 40-45: Printables- Cut & Match, Self–played BINGO (print on cardstock and put in a sheet protectors for repeated use), and place value roll (copy two sided for more use).

Pages 46-51: Craftivity- Students build the first letter of their name using base ten blocks and calculate/write what their letter is worth. There are 3 Star Wars characters to choose from. I suggest printing the characters on cardstock(see sample in packet or preview).

Pages 52-54: Number of the Day- I print these on cardstock and put them into sheet protectors so the students can write and wipe daily during calendar. 3 Star Wars characters to choose from.

Pages 55-58: Interactive Technology- Have the students pick a number of their choice. They will fill in all necessary clues except the mystery number they chose. You can generate a QR Code with the mystery number ( resource in packet) Print it and tape the code to their paper. Other classmates can guess their number using the clues during center time or designated time of your choice. Recording sheet for guessing included. Four Star Wars characters to choose from.

Pages 59-65: I Have, Who Has Game. The student with the start card begins the game. The game continues until the end card is read. All cards need to be used for the game to work. To adjust to class size you can give a few students an extra card, or have a few students read their card in pairs. There are 28 cards in all.
Page 66: Counting Collections- I have included a video link that explains it and a sheet for your students to record their thinking.
