Star of the Week is one of the best things that I do in my class. It gives a week for a student to shine and feel special. I like to carve out 10-15 minutes per day for the star of the week to share something special.
***Note*** You can change this schedule for what works for you. It is listed in the parent letter, which is editable!
Monday- Student will share star of the week sheet (attached) and picture of themselves.
Tuesday- Student will read a picture book. Student can either borrow one from me or bring one from home. You may also help your student read their book.
Wednesday- Student will share a talent.
Thursday- Student will share 2-3 family pictures.
Friday- Classmates will ask hot seat questions and student will receive a certificate from me.
