Starbucks Study Unit in Entrepreneurship

Description
Almost all students want to be rich but few of them have the skills needed to get there. They will listen to stories of entrepreneurs like Howard Schultz of Starbucks, and I have found that I can use this interest to lure them into deeper waters of critical thinking. My students also love giving their opinions on familiar products and companies.
Here I have assembled nine divergent lesson plans, all emerging from the hub of Starbucks. I hope you can mix and match them to move your class through a number of critical thinking exercises. A topic like this will scaffold forever.
