Start, Stop, Continue Relfection Sheet

Here is a great tool to sit down with and do some personal or class wide reflection with. These feed back forms can be used a in a couple of different ways.

The 'As a Teacher' form can be used personally to reflect on our own progress, or it can be handed out to students in order to gather feedback on ourselves.

The 'As a Student' form is an effective way for students to self monitor their progress on a multitude of facets depending on what you frame it around. Maybe it's about a specific assignment or possibly classroom behavior.
