It can be informal (in one class or library) or formal (for the building or after school).
This download includes: Job Descriptions, Technical Process, Knowledge of Customers, Types of Support, Goals Sheet, and Forms that help you get started in students helping their school with technology problems.
These forms are designed to be used with MIDDLE school students. However, you could take away or add to them for other grades.
There are options on some checklist that apply to my school. Due to that, I have also included blank forms for you to add to the checklist or descriptions. You can do this by inserting a text box over the slide.
