This activity can be used as an interactive lesson in which the students make a booklet to portray solids, liquids, gases, their particle arrangement, and examples of each.
Each page can be cut out and glued/stapled together to create a booklet that is an easy-to-read study guide, reference book, or interactive notebook foldable.
-Definitions of solids, liquids, and gases
-Important information about each state of matter.
-Particle arrangement in each state of matter (picture included)
-Examples of substances for each state of matter for students to cut and paste
-Anchor chart posters for the classroom
-Option to use either pages with all information provided, fill-in-the-blank, or completely blank to have students research and fill in their own information.
-Options for students to color in titles if extra time allows.
