Looking for a quick and easy way to assess whether students understand steady vs. not steady beat? This fun game has students listen to embedded sound clips, and choose whether the clip has a steady beat or not steady beat.
This can be used as a formative or summative assessment to gauge how well students can identify steady beat.
When using this file, make sure to open in Adobe Reader or Adobe Pro, NOT Preview, as the links and sounds might not work in Preview. Once you click the sound clip to play it, simply click the tiny triangle to play it again.
