Help your students STEP UP TO CHAPTER BOOKS with Amelia Bedelia and Nate the Great beginning chapter books with read aloud QR codes. These read alouds are great for prereading (student listens to the read aloud prior to reading the text on his or her own), rereading prior to taking the AR quiz, &/or for struggling readers.
Includes 51 Accelerated Reader titles with A.R. reading levels of 1.8-3.2. The student simply scans the card and is taken directly to the read aloud. All QR codes are linked to ad-free video versions of the read aloud. I use QR codes in my first grade classroom. I use iPads (for small groups) & older iPods with the free Crafter QR code app. I adjust the app settings so that as soon as the app is opened, it will scan the code and go directly to the SafeShare URL which is ad-free. The child pushes the play button and the story begins.
