Description

This is a behavior chart to use when positive reinforcement just is not good enough. Sometimes our students are unaware of how many times their problem behavior occurs. This chart is designed for the student to self monitor thier behavior. The goal is for the student to become aware of this behavior in efforts to decrease it. How this works is a sticker is added or a box is crossed out when an undesired behavior occurs (ex. blurting). This can be used daily or weekly depending on how often this behavior occurs in the classroom. A prize can then be administered if there are any boxes that are not filled with a sticker or crossed out.

There are two options apart of the pack. The first includes the purpose of the chart, which serves as a reminder to the student what goal they are working towards. The line on the top is there as a place to fill in the students name. For example: Paige's Behavior Chart.
