Stoichiometry is difficult for most chemistry students. They get tangled up in the calculations and get so stuck in the “I don’t get it” mode that you can’t break them loose to show them that they can.
This set of stoichiometry maps will guide your students so that they don’t get stuck in the first place. Map 1 is basic mass to moles to particles to volume of gases at STP. Map 2 is basic stoichiometry for mass, moles, and volumes of gases for balanced equations. Map 3 is Map 2 with particles and molarity added. There are 3 versions of each map, including 2 in color and one for those of us without access to color printers.
