Product Description
This guide takes you through the 12 easy steps of turning a series of photos into an animated GIF that will repeatedly play in a web browser, website, blog, powerpoint, keynote, and many places online (ie my profile image is an animated gif). The guide also provides a link to my online screencast that will visually and audibly assist you through all the steps of creating the animation using Photo booth to collect images and GIMP to manipulate them. Photo booth is not necessary. You can use a still digital camera to make your collection of images (at least 2). GIMP is a free download, but photoshop elements has all the components to make an animated gif as well. The directions are just slightly different. Email me with any questions. Here is an example of what you can make using this technique. Have fun!
