I made this story elements foldable to support students with disabilities as they determine elements of stories. This is used after reading a leveled reader. This story elements foldable was designed for students in a self-contained special education class for students who need a visual organizer to organize their thoughts. The great thing about this organizer is that it can be used with different ability levels. You can start by having the students draw and making them write a few words. Eventually you can phase sentence writing in. After you phase the writing component in, you can work on students justifying answers. Most large districts have a print shop. My suggestion is to send the file to the print shop and order pads of 100. I do this and it works out wonderfully because my students are trained on how to use this tool after reading a book or leveled reader.
