I created this game as a way for my students to review elements of a story. I have a matching game for the students to review the definitions, but I wanted a fun hands – on activity I could place in my centers.
Place in center with student directions, game pieces, game cube, and a picture book that the students have read. After the students have played game a few times, place a new book on their reading level. This game may be differentiated by selecting all or part of the game pieces and by varying student text.
