How many times does a student read a book or story in your class, and then bomb the test?
You can clearly see that they are reading, but they just aren't retaining the information for a various amount of reasons.
I created some quick, no prep activities that you can give to struggling students that will help them record important information from the chapter or story they are reading. When they finish, they simply have to review the information in order to remember the important things that happened.
This is great when kids have to take Accelerated Reader tests on books!
I've included several different formats, including interactive notebook activities.
